Signs Unlimited - Draft 1

::[Signs Unlimited/Advent deSigns]:: - Draft 1 (3 hours worth of work and counting)

I was messing around the other day and decided to work up a draft for a web site for the place I work in Columbus, Ohio. Click here to see our current web site [link] Obviously I did not make it, but I am thinking of offering to do it.

The Brochure button on the left will sport a Javascript folding menu script (think the folders in Windows Explorer). The picture of the sign will fad from one type of sign to another, each with links to their respective pages. Thinking of putting a DIV layer hovering over this with a very light glass effect.

The top header will have a pic of large pylon sign faded into the right hand side and maybe a set of blueprints as well (right 1/3 of the bar). The signs in the center will be a Flash animation (I took a screenshot of the one we have now as a placeholder) with words sliding in from the top and left and fade-ins and all that good jazz.

The bar along the right will keep the same basic appearance but the text buttons will be totally revamped, just trying to get some ideas down with this draft. Mouseovers to be sure, btu I have not decided on a button like look or a simple CSS highlight *sigh* decisions decisions.

Any comments would be hot here, if nothing else I will use it for my porftolio eh?
